Please allow 12 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. In case of short notice, your treatment will be charged.
With the use of the facilities you agree with our terms & conditions.
The Spa facilities include a spa pool and lounge area, sauna and treatment rooms.
Holistic and classic treatments for physical and mental wellbeing are offered in the treatment rooms: manicure and pedicure, eyelash and eyebrow tint, facial and beauty, body exfoliation, body wrap, deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, feet reflexology.
Treatments can be booked at the Spa reception, in person, on the phone or via WhatsApp.
Nude Sauna is available between the hours of 18.00 & 19.45 on
Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Booking is not necessary unless you’d like to book the sauna for private use.
The Spa is an adult only facility and open to all over the age of 18.
You will be asked to fill out a health form before using the Spa or having a treatment.
Please don’t enter in wet clothes.
Regulations Regarding the Use of the ACM Facilities
ACM Shareholders
Will be provided with two wristbands per apartment. These are for the exclusive use of the shareholders themselves, and/or their partners, their siblings, their parents, children, grandchildren and/or their partners.
The cards and wristbands will be required to gain access to the SPA, Gym, Library, Club Room and Co-working space. Access to all other Club facilities will be unrestricted.
At peak times, it may be necessary for users to confirm availability of the SPA facilities.
Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to use the facilities which are needed one of the wristbands to be opened.
Security
The originally issued wristbands owner-linked meaning that if a person unknown to us, uses an owner’s card or band, our security system will detect it. As agreed by the Owners at an AGM, repeat offenders may have their cards/wristbands deleted from the system, rendering them inoperable if they contravene these regulations.
Access for Guests – By paying of a deposit of 20 €, it is possible to get a card for friends and guests, that only opens the doors of the outside areas. These are non-transferable and remain the property of the Anchorage. They must be returned to the SPA reception when you leave at which time your deposit will be refunded.

Security Passes
Many of The Club’s facilities have timed security locks and these can be activated with an identity wristband, which are available from the Spa.
From time to time there are security updates and if you find that you are unexpectedly locked out from anywhere, please take your wristbands to the Spa to be updated.
